UFM summer team, day 4

The first children club took place today. Unfortunately, most of the children who have come in the past are away this week. But appart from our two children, one little girl came along. All the work is worthwhile, even for just one little girl.

The rest of the team went distributing invitations to various events and managed to dodge the rain.

In the evening, we had the first of our 3 evening events.  The idea was for people to come along and ask whatever questions they had about our faith. We had 3 unbelievers present. Two team members gave their testimonies, and that led to some interesting discussions. Emmanuel Hartiel had prepared a short powerpoint presentation of the gospel as well. It was a good experience. We’ll have to rework a few things, but it was overall positive. one of the unbelievers stayed for a while afterwards to chat with one of the team members.
